Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 14–25 business days

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. International shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your order at trend-sector.com/pages/track-your-order.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Trend Sector has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@trend-sector.com and we will investigate with the courier. If an order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Trend Sector cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
